OSB
OSB board, also known as Oriented Strand Board, is a type of oriented structural panel made from small-diameter wood and thinned timber as raw materials. These are processed into strands of a certain size, and then go through processes such as degreasing, drying, gluing, oriented laying, and hot pressing to form the oriented structural board.
Product description
Product Advantages:
Excellent Environmental Performance: Extremely low formaldehyde emissions. Since OSB is produced using isocyanate (PMDI) formaldehyde-free adhesives, it ensures outstanding environmental performance.
Stable and Non-Deforming: OSB generally has a three-layer structure, with the top and bottom layers of flakes arranged longitudinally and the core layer flakes arranged transversely. Its high stability and static bending strength prevent swelling and deformation.
Good Overall Uniformity: Since Beixin OSB is continuously hot-pressed, its internal bonding strength is extremely high. Therefore, there are no joints, gaps, or cracks anywhere, providing good overall uniformity. Both the center and edges have superior nail-holding power that ordinary boards cannot match.
Product Uses:
Widely used in furniture, flooring, packaging boxes, roof loft boards, wall surfaces, and more.
